Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competition.
• Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations to build strong business relationships.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand our software solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase our offerings and close deals.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report sales metrics, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT software industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the IT software industry, including emerging technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
