This is a local hire-only, Junior Barista role located in Manama. The Junior Barista will be responsible
for providing excellent customer service to our guests by preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other
speciality drinks. The Junior Barista will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work area,
restocking inventory, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience working in a cafe or coffee shop is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, coffee beans, and coffee-related equipment.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure, while maintaining a high level of
accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Flexible schedule and availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent. Any additional education or training in customer service, or hospitality.
