About the job
We are in search of a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our restaurant. This role encompasses the supervision of daily activities, upholding our restaurant's reputation, and contributing to its expansion. As a member of the senior management team, you will also assume duty management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Assume a leadership role within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to sustain and enhance a profitable and esteemed business.
• Guarantee the restaurant's efficient and profitable operation while preserving its reputation and values.
• Participate as an integral part of the Senior Management team and carry out Duty Management duties.
• Recruit, train, and inspire staff members.
• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the establishment to ensure it delivers high-quality food and beverage services in line with the Business Unit’s Operating Standards, achieving maximum revenue and profit as per budget and forecasts.
