- The Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor/General Foreman supervises and coordinates construction activities at the work site.
- • Must be civil engineering degree/diploma holder.
- • He ensures that work is completed on time, quality & budget.
- • He ensures that all regulations are complied with.
- • He must have good team management and decision-making skills.
- • He must maintain good stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- • He should ensure the safety regulations when working at the construction site.
- • Driving License will be the added advantages.
