Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
- Optimize supply chain and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience of 15-20 years in operations management within the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B industry operations.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
