Description

  • Candidate should be available in Bahrain. Local Hire only.
  • Should have 15 - 20 years of work experience in F&B sector


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Optimize supply chain and inventory management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 15-20 years in operations management within the F&B sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B industry operations.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
