Description
Operations Officer
Perform personnel activities, such as supervising or scheduling employees.
Carry out daily and random investigation procedure on staff grooming and proper appearance, assets condition, sales records accuracy, prepare and submit required reports and take necessary action.
Track, request and deploy tickets for each location as per the minimum stock level required.
Visit and investigate requested events’ location for constraints and special guests, prepare and submit Event Inquiry and Event Constraints reports.
Coordinate event preparation, staff transportation, inspect event site, communicate with client to identify needs, prepare event time report and submit to Operation Senior Manager and HR.
Perform daily tickets, sales, exception, shift handover and closing records reconsecration procedure, prepare, verify and submit Sales Closing Report to finance department.
Investigate, prepare and submit incidents and exception reports to Operation Senior Manager.
Verify records of time, materials, expenditures, or staff activities.
Review, verify and submit reports on work activities, operations, and incidents.
Resolve staff problems or collaborate with Operation Senior Manager to assist in problem resolution.
Recommend or implement personnel actions, such as employee selection, evaluation, rewards, or disciplinary actions.
Assist in scheduling repairs or preventive maintenance of vehicles, designated area or other equipment.
Explain and train new staff on work tasks or assign training tasks to experienced staff.
Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services.
Recommend and implement measures to improve staff motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.
Compute or estimate cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, or storage requirements.
Enforce safety rules and regulations.
Interpret Parking and settlement methods, safety regulations, or company policies and procedures for workers.
Plan and establish car parking routes.
Monitor field work to ensure proper performance and use of materials.
Confer with customers, operation senior manager, or other personnel to exchange information or to resolve problems.
Carry out timely follow-up on all related tasks that are done by other departments such as approvals, purchase and payments or third parties.
Maintain and manage all job-related records and files databases.
Maintain and manage job related vendors’ databases.
Continuously improve job’s relevant customer services at all times
Explore creative approaches, practical solutions to solve problems and seek diverse solution to work issues
Proactively take steps towards influencing or promoting positive culture changes at all times
Minimize, manage and eliminate all types of job waste.
Follow all general company policies and procedures.
Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis.
