We are a corporate company looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve system problems and configure OS and applications software programs .
- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to communicate and resolve issues .
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education & Research .(optional)
- Ability and willingness to learn new computer software and assist others with troubleshooting .
Qualifications:
- -Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- - Must be fluent in English
- -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- -Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- -Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- -The candidate should have Basic IT Knowledge and skills .
- -Knowledge of web development languages and technical terminology is an advantage .
