Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Manama at Four Square Publicity and Advertising. The IT support specialist will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, and providing end-user support. They will also ensure that all IT equipment and systems are up to date and secure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues
- Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
