Baker
We are looking for an experienced and qualified candidate as a Baker to join us.
Baker Duties:
1- Produce quality, customized baked goods and baked goods-based desserts according to professional recipes and customer-specified specifications; maintain cleanliness of work areas
2- Make sure all baked goods produced meet quality and food safety guidelines
3- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to use, and that all areas are clean and orderly
Requirements And Skills:
1- Proven experience baking quality cakes, pies, and breads
2- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
3- Knowledge of baking methods and materials; ability to use commercial equipment
4- Skilled in baking a variety of sweets, including cakes, pies, and breads
