Internship in Customer & Sales Support (f/m/x)
Work Location: Bahrain, duration 1-year, full time
What is it about?
You assist the team in taking care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre- and after sales)
You support the Area Sales Managers in his/her daily business as well as the sales team
You are involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and follow-ups with the customer
You support the team in the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking hotels and equipment,etc)
You are the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
You complete general office management tasks and provide back-up support to your team
You assist the team for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
What are your skills?
You have successfully finished your commercial education and have ideally gained first experience in sales support
You are a communicative team player with very good organizational and presentation skills
You have an international mindset and are used to work independently
You have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
You have a very good command of English and French (reading and writing skills), Arabic language skills are a plus
