Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
• Manage all project of pre-contract quantity surveying, including cost planning & cost estimates, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities as per project specifications and drawings, engineer’s estimate, and life cycle cost where required.
• Prepare all documents, respond to inquires tender, and post tender correspondence on contractual and commercial matters, commercial evaluation of tenders, and report submission.
• Prepare Quotation documents.
• General post-contract administration: provide guidance and review of advance payments, interim payments, statements at completion, releases of retention, and final statements.
Requirements:
1. Having 2+ years of GCC experience in QS/designing/autocad
2. Has a good Character
