Immediate Requirement: Supervisor / Foreman For Steel Fabrication And Installation
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Fabrication:
Manage the fabrication process, including cutting, shaping, and assembling steel components.
Ensure that all work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
Monitor and manage the workflow to meet project deadlines.
Supervise Installation of steel structures.
Oversee the installation of steel structures at client sites.
Ensure that installation teams follow safety protocols and industry regulations.
resolve any installation challenges that may arise.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of fabricators and installers.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Implement quality control measures throughout the fabrication and installation process.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute projects.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders to provide progress updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in steel fabrication and installation, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A relevant certification (ITI) or Degree of Diploma Eng in Civil/Mechanical, construction is preferred.
