Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, be proficient in using Tally, and possess excellent English language skills. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices and purchase orders.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Handle day-to-day financial operations and provide support to the finance team.
Prepare reports for management on financial performance and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
B.com, Finance, or a related field.
3 years of accounting experience (specify the required experience).
Proficiency in Tally software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
