Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Manama for a Facility Supervisor. The Facility Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, manage facility budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team of technicians and vendors
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a high-pressure environment
