ROLE PURPOSE:
The Driver’s main responsibility will be to drive Company vehicles in a safe and legal manner whilst
keeping service levels high and ensuring daily work is completed. As well as transport goods, materials
and employees in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. The role holder will also perform company
related errands as requested .This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, the
driver will be responsible for to ensure the arrangement of regular cleaning and maintenance services
for the vehicle. The driver must possess great interpersonal communication abilities so they can
establish relationships both professionally as well as personally on the road while still maintaining safe
driving practices at all times.
YOUR TASKS:
Complete all daily vehicle checks and fill out the designated Vehicle Defect.
Report all defects including tyre issues to the Manager/Supervisor.
Complete all allocated work within the working day.
Must behave in a polite and professional manner at all times.
Maintain regular communication with the supervisor/manager and report any issues/incidents
immediately.

Review and plan each route based on road and traffic conditions, ensuring punctuality in pick-ups and drop-offs.
Conduct vehicle check for any leakages, etc. to ensure the safety on a daily basis.
Ensure the fuel level in the vehicle is maintained at good levels at all times.
Ensure license validity and maintain a safe driving record.
Drive courteously and safely.
Conduct vehicle maintenance checks, update vehicle maintenance logs and log maintenance requests.
Maintain vehicle mileage logs.
Ensure the vehicle is taken for routine vehicle service as per the vehicle provider’s service guidelines.
Driver must comply with traffic rules and regulations and ensures to follow all road safety requirements.
Conduct other duties as and when required by the company.
YOUR PROFILE:
3 – 5 years Driving experience in logistics.
Excellent driving skills and road safety knowledge
A valid driver’s license.
A clean driving record.
Demonstrate teamwork and support of others.
Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude to others.
Familiarity with GPS devices and Google Maps on Mobile.
Good geographic knowledge in Bahrain.
A polite and professional disposition.
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations. (e.g. at rush hour)
Minimum high school diploma.
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English language. (Arabic is an asset)

قم بمراجعة وتخطيط كل طريق بناءً على ظروف الطريق وحركة المرور، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد في عمليات النقل والتوصيل.
إجراء فحص للمركبة بحثًا عن أي تسربات وما إلى ذلك لضمان السلامة بشكل يومي.
التأكد من الحفاظ على مستوى الوقود في السيارة عند مستويات جيدة في جميع الأوقات.
التأكد من صلاحية الترخيص والاحتفاظ بسجل قيادة آمن.
قم بالقيادة بلطف وأمان.
إجراء فحوصات صيانة المركبات وتحديث سجلات صيانة المركبات وسجل طلبات الصيانة.
الحفاظ على سجلات الأميال المقطوعة للمركبة.
تأكد من أخذ السيارة للخدمة الروتينية للمركبة وفقًا لإرشادات خدمة مزود السيارة.
يجب على السائق الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة المرور والتأكد من اتباع جميع متطلبات السلامة على الطرق.
القيام بواجبات أخرى عندما تطلب الشركة ذلك.

مهارات قيادة ممتازة ومعرفة بالسلامة على الطرق
رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
