- For our strong Customer & Sales Support team in Middle East we are looking for a
- Internship in Customer & Sales Support (f/m/x)
- Work Location: Bahrain, duration 1-year, full time
What is it about?
- You assist the team in taking care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre- and after sales)
- You support the Area Sales Managers in his/her daily business as well as the sales team
- You are involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and follow-ups with the customer
- You support the team in the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking hotels and equipment,etc)
- You are the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
- You complete general office management tasks and provide back-up support to your team
- You assist the team for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
- What are your skills?
- You have successfully finished your commercial education and have ideally gained first experience in sales support
- You are a communicative team player with very good organizational and presentation skills
- You have an international mindset and are used to work independently
- You have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- You have a very good command of English and French (reading and writing skills), Arabic language skills are a plus
