Location - Manama, Bahrain
Alzayani Investments is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining automotive knowledge, and handling customer relations. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry. They should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer relations effectively. Knowledge related to car service workshops is a must. Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, maintain automotive knowledge, and handle customer relations.
Handle data entry and opening job tasks.
Assist customers in selecting and scheduling service appointments.
Maintain and update customer records.
Inspect vehicles to identify any additional repair needs.
Explain repairs to customers and answer questions.
Work with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
