Job Responsibilities:-
- Reviewing and approving / commenting on the construction schedules submitted by the Main contractor/ subcontractor
- Ensuring the construction schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
- Review woks progress & plans for infrastructure land side.
- Interface coordination among main contractor and other Novated contractors deployed directly with the client.
- Continuously monitoring, against approved schedules, the contractors major construction progress.
- Review of contractors monthly & weekly reports.
- Review & evaluation of contractors site progress and identifying delays
- identifying delays and issuing of delay notices
- Reviewing contractors procurement schedule
Educational Qualification:-
- Engineering degree in Civil
- Computer Proficiency:-
- Planning Software : Primavera
