Candidate Requirements:
- • Bachelor of Education / Master of Education
- • BSC or any other degree with specialization in related field
- • Proven experienced as a Principal
- • Can join immediately.
Jobs / Responsibilities:
- • Experience in providing visionary leadership to the school & thereby ensuring academic excellence, student achievements and building a positive learning environment.
- • Managing the school budget efficiently, and able to professionally delegate financial management responsibilities.
- • Strong and deep knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
- • Fostering a collaborative and a positive supportive work culture by continuous supervision and mentoring teaching and administrative staffs.
- • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- • Able to build a strong relationship with parents, guardians, by promoting transparency, maintaining a good communication and involvement.
- • Ability to motivate and inspire the staffs, students and parents by providing professional development opportunities and most importantly going with educational trends and best practices.
- • Implementing policies and strategies including interventions, counselling and extracurricular activities that helps to build a way for student success.
- • Experience of accreditations and Cambridge Curriculum.
- • Able to implement and develop continuous professional development programmes.
- • Ensure compliances with all relevant laws, regulations and policies related to education, safety and student welfare.
