Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our F&B
equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving
skills, and a customer-focused approach. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for
performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance on F&B equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Collaborate with customers to understand and address their technical concerns
Install, calibrate, and test equipment
Maintain accurate records of service activities
Provide on-site and remote technical support
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and product knowledge
Adhere to safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Relevant technical certification or degree is a plus

خبرة مثبتة كفني خدمة أو دور مماثل
مهارات فنية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها قوية
- إجادة قراءة المخططات والأدلة الفنية
مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق
موجه نحو التفاصيل مع قدرات تنظيمية قوية
القدرة البدنية على رفع وتحريك المعدات الثقيلة
تعتبر الشهادة أو الدرجة التقنية ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية
