Join our team as a Web Content Coordinator (maternity cover) and be at the forefront of coordinating compelling online experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Web Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our brand, engaging our audience, and driving exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and creating responsive and engaging webpages for a number of RWS’s websites using Tridion; RWS’s Content Management System (CMS).
With a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, you will turn written descriptions into beautiful web pages.
Utilising experience of web content design, you will assist our marketers in content creation and messaging to ensure pages are compelling for customers and optimised for conversion.
Working collaboratively with marketing and product teams to ensure content is up to date and accurate.
You will have the opportunity to help design our content management process, to ensure all web content is adheres to our brand quality standards
Prioritizing and managing workload, providing status updates to content managers in a timely manner
Owning tasks and problems that arise and seeing them through to a satisfactory outcome
Maintaining integrity of website structure at all times
Monitoring and reporting on website performance using industry standard tools such s Google Analytics.
Proactively proposing recommendations to improve website performance
