To conduct field surveys, fixing of building, sites, co-ordinate & boundaries.

Responsibilties

Conducts surveys on land sites and properties

Examines previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy

Uses equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)

Builds maps, sketches, and charts

Supervises and provide guidance to field staff

Maintains all survey equipment.

Reports on survey results and present findings to Project Manager/ Engineer

Collaborates with Project Manager/ Engineer on several projects

Performs ad-hoc duties at the instruction of the Manager

Qualificiations

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred with related field certification.  Previous 

experience (minimum 2-5 years) as a surveyor or in a similar role with good operating knowledge of 

latest survey equipment’s including total station etc.  Working knowledge of GPS and GIS  Good 

mathematical and analytical skills, and a good eye for measurements.  Tech savvy, including 

familiarity with CAD software  Attention to detail

Salary: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

إجراء المسوحات على مواقع الأراضي والممتلكات

فحص السجلات والأدلة السابقة للتأكد من دقة البيانات

يستخدم المعدات والأدوات لقياس خصائص الأرض بدقة (مثل خطوط الطول وخطوط العرض)

يبني الخرائط والرسومات والرسوم البيانية

يشرف ويقدم التوجيه للموظفين الميدانيين

صيانة كافة أجهزة المسح.

تقارير عن نتائج المسح وتقديم النتائج إلى مدير المشروع / المهندس

يتعاون مع مدير المشروع / المهندس في العديد من المشاريع

يؤدي واجبات مخصصة بناء على تعليمات المدير

المؤهلات

يفضل الحصول على دبلوم أو شهادة في الهندسة المدنية مع شهادة المجال ذات الصلة.  السابق 

خبرة (2-5 سنوات على الأقل) كمساح أو في دور مماثل مع معرفة تشغيلية جيدة 

أحدث معدات المسح بما في ذلك المحطة الشاملة وما إلى ذلك.  معرفة عملية بنظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)  جيد 

المهارات الرياضية والتحليلية، وعين جيدة للقياسات.  والدهاء التكنولوجي، بما في ذلك 

الإلمام ببرامج CAD  الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

الراتب: 200.000 دينار بحريني - 300.000 دينار بحريني شهرياً
