ROLE SUMMARY
Maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, building services, house-keeping, pest control and other related services for the store. Support the team in the overall delivery and quality routine checking of all maintenance related equipment and ensure that all store/accommodation assets are all working properly according to standard.
ROLE PROFILE
- Perform daily the routine check of all equipment (3 to 4 times a day) including fire alarm.
- Insure that the store / accommodation assets are well maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance check of all various mechanical aspects found in the store / offices (A/C maintenance, Fire alarm system, pipe connections, Security, Safety & Emergency equipment, generator, UPS).
- Perform routine maintenance check of the major equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, BMS....etc.).
- Follow the hygiene and safety rules.
- Insure that the store / accommodation assets are well maintained.
- Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the company.
- Responsible for testing of all the equipment before installation.
