Responsibilities:
• Respond to maintenance-related calls.
• Create a daily maintenance schedule for the staff.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of the follow-up process.
• After visiting and inspecting the building, provide detailed reports to the management.
• Record tenant complaints in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Must know how to fix & repair windows and split AC In addition, having knowledge in electrical work is also required.
• Submitting daily reports to management.
• He must complete all other tasks assigned by the company.
• Must have Bahraini valid driving license.
