Job Purpose: -
Works as part of the team to complete Service Projects end-to-end as per customer requirement.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Reporting to the Department Manager.
- Works effectively in both an individual and team environment. May work on multiple, simultaneous projects and various products of Yokogawa.
- Assigned to the system installation, Application configuration, and trouble shooting.
- Proficiently designing, implementing, and testing a wide range of I/O, basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface, and other control components on automations.
- Capable to handle the hardware installation, Instrumentation wiring and loop drawing and its trouble shooting.
- Being responsible for accuracy and completeness of all projects drawings, databases, and documentation.
- Being responsible for compliance with project Quality and completion of all Quality documents.
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult control and integration problems with Yokogawa system.
- Capable of driving projects independently with the direction given by lead engineer.
- Exhibits the importance of frugal and efficient time management, and reports time promptly and accurately as required by company policies.
- Works cooperatively and efficiently as a member of a project team as assigned by the Project Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Capable to follow Yokogawa quality procedures and documentation.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Industrial Automation Control systems, Preferably with Yokogawa DCS system Centum VP, & ESD system ProSafe-RS or any other ESD ( Triconnex, ICS etc).
- Min 4 years in handling small to medium projects
- Any additional certifications like TuV.
Competencies & Skills
- Good analytical skills in troubleshooting and investigation of complex issues reported from site.
- Adaptability and quick learner of various products and technologies in the instrumentation and control systems domain
- Good and effective team player.
- Resolving complaints/ problem solving skills
- Understanding of the quality practices

الغرض الوظيفي: -
يعمل كجزء من الفريق لإكمال مشاريع الخدمة من البداية إلى النهاية وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.
المسؤوليات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم التقارير إلى مدير القسم.
- يعمل بفعالية في كل من البيئة الفردية والجماعية. قد يعمل في مشاريع متعددة ومتزامنة ومنتجات مختلفة لشركة Yokogawa.
- تم تعيينه لتثبيت النظام وتكوين التطبيق واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- تصميم وتنفيذ واختبار مجموعة واسعة من عمليات الإدخال/الإخراج ووظائف التحكم الأساسية والتشابك والتسلسلات وواجهة المشغل ومكونات التحكم الأخرى في الأتمتة ببراعة.
- قادر على التعامل مع تركيب الأجهزة وأسلاك الأجهزة ورسم الحلقة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- أن تكون مسؤولاً عن دقة واكتمال جميع رسومات المشاريع وقواعد البيانات والوثائق.
- أن تكون مسؤولاً عن الامتثال لجودة المشروع واستكمال جميع وثائق الجودة.
- القدرة على استكشاف مشكلات التحكم والتكامل الصعبة وإصلاحها مع نظام Yokogawa.
- قادر على قيادة المشاريع بشكل مستقل بالتوجيهات المقدمة من المهندس الرئيسي.
- يُظهر أهمية الإدارة المقتصدة والفعالة للوقت، ويُبلغ عن الوقت بسرعة وبدقة كما هو مطلوب بموجب سياسات الشركة.
- يعمل بشكل تعاوني وفعال كعضو في فريق المشروع كما تم تعيينه من قبل قائد المشروع أو مدير الهندسة.
- قادر على اتباع إجراءات ووثائق الجودة في Yokogawa.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- خريج في الهندسة - أنظمة التحكم في العمليات / الأجهزة / الكهرباء والإلكترونيات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في أنظمة التحكم في الأتمتة الصناعية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع نظام Yokogawa DCS Centum VP ونظام ESD ProSafe-RS أو أي نظام ESD آخر (Triconnex، ICS وما إلى ذلك).
- الحد الأدنى 4 سنوات في التعامل مع المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة
- أي شهادات إضافية مثل TuV.
الكفاءات والمهارات
- مهارات تحليلية جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتحقيق في المشكلات المعقدة التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها من الموقع.
- القدرة على التكيف والتعلم السريع لمختلف المنتجات والتقنيات في مجال أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم
