Job Description:
- Oversee the promotion of property sales and leasing on ads and listings.
- Communicate with clients to know their requirements and property choices.
- In charge of the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreement and lease contracts.
- Coordinate with the closing of property deals, ensuring documents are signed and payments are received.
- Provide reports to company managements on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Conducts surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
- Monitor the property market to identify with interest in property to convince them and secure a deal.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Participate in Seminars, Conferences, and Events to improve existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Real Estate sales and leasing, property developer experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder from a recognized University and/or similar professional qualification.
- Knowledge and keen interest in property market dynamics, local conditions, and customer preference and current trends.
- Strong inter-personal, organization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have valid driving license and must be able to confidently communicate in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
