Description
- 1. Supervising all the facilities and maintenance of all the office premises with Quality Health and safety measures.
- 2. Co-ordinating with the maintenance team for office maintenance and ensure the maintenance is completed on time and raise escalations in case it is not addressed on time.
- 3. Submit expenses & inventory report of Office Furniture and equipment for all locations in Bahrain.
- 4. Order furniture for new outlets in coordination with the Cluster Manager and Sr. HR Executive.
- 5. Monitor, budget, procure & align furniture, office decors, as per the Organization standards in coordination with Maintenance team and Sr. HR Executive.
- 6. Regular maintenance of Office notice boards in coordination with receptionist.
- 7. Provide general support to visitors to Human Resources and Others if required.
- 8. Audit the standard of Cleanliness, Cleaning material supply from the vendor, Manpower efficiency from the vendor & their attendance.
- 9. Make sure the accommodation premise is clean. Monitor the accommodation staff and outsource staff used by the company for maintaining cleanliness.
- 10. Monitoring the Cooks & Helpers at Kitchen & Responsible to send the food to all locations.
- 11. Ensure the cleanness of kitchen & hygiene, safety and food preparing at staff quarters mess.
- 12. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the accommodation.
- 13. Maintain the stock & inventory of concerned staff quarters.
- 14. Addition and deletion in GHMI, issuing of medical insurance cards, verifying invoices, follow up for credit/debit notes and maintain a tracker.
- Requirement:
- 1. Candidate with College Diploma or bachelor’s degree with minimum experience of 2 years and maximum up to 4 years.
