We are currently in need of leading the kitchen and the commissary team.
We are looking currently for a kitchen head for both operations and commissary to ensure quality
standards and at the same time menu engineering to provide low cost in ingredients and widen
profitability. We prefer the following.
- Full knowledge of food ingredient in any menu.
- Full knowledge in kitchen equipment.
- Full knowledge in food safety procedures and implementation.
- Team management
