Accountant Cum Admin
Job Overview: We are seeking an Accountant cum Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor accounts receivable and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinating with the suppliers and ensuring inventory is maintained as per business needs
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality products/services
• Conducting stock count and providing stock count report on monthly basis
• Handling petty cash as per the policies and procedures
• Providing support in preparation of monthly payroll including time & attendance, overtime etc.
• Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Other general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Qualification and preferred skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in bakery business would be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of purchasing/procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Salary and Benefits:
BHD 250.000 + company accommodation + return ticket to home country every 2 year
