About the job

Direct Reports : Credit Card Operation Team

Job Summary : Manage and Oversee the operational and administrative related activities within the Card Operations. Ensure the card operations activities run with the utmost efficiency, security and control while maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external clients. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

· Develop and maintain efficient card operations in line with quality and security standards, while managing operational risks and audit requirements. 

 

· Oversee card operations for timely, high-quality services, focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, brand strengthening, and profitability.

 

· Enhance processes and systems to improve service, efficiency, controls, and security of operations, by implementing operational procedure and workflow improvements in line with the company’s policies. 

 

· Set and monitor performance standards and service agreements, collaborating with client experience and quality assurance to ensure facilities are well-maintained to prevent downtime.

 

· Provide ongoing training, coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.

 

· Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team.

 

· Collaborate with the Business functions to address operational support requirements when launching new products or features. 

 

· Work closely with IT and other projects related to cards business to ensure all operational supports are addressed on new systems initiatives and ongoing business need. 

 

· Keep the Head of Operations informed of any material operational/process weakness and noncompliance with controls in card operations. 

 

· Ensures full compliance of the Credit Card Operations department with applicable regulators and schemes requirements.

ملخص الوظيفة: الإدارة والإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية والإدارية ذات الصلة ضمن عمليات البطاقة. تأكد من أن أنشطة عمليات البطاقة تتم بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والأمان والتحكم مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين. 

الواجبات الأساسية والمسؤوليات 

· تطوير وصيانة عمليات البطاقة الفعالة بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة والأمان، مع إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية ومتطلبات التدقيق. 

 

· الإشراف على عمليات البطاقة للحصول على خدمات عالية الجودة في الوقت المناسب، مع التركيز على رضا العملاء وخفض التكاليف وتعزيز العلامة التجارية والربحية.

 

· تعزيز العمليات والأنظمة لتحسين الخدمة والكفاءة والضوابط وأمن العمليات، من خلال تنفيذ الإجراءات التشغيلية وتحسينات سير العمل بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة. 

 

· وضع ومراقبة معايير الأداء واتفاقيات الخدمة، والتعاون مع تجربة العميل وضمان الجودة لضمان صيانة المرافق بشكل جيد لمنع التوقف عن العمل.

 

· توفير التدريب المستمر والتدريب والتعليقات وتقييمات الأداء لتعزيز إنتاجية الفريق.

 

· وضع أهداف وغايات أداء واضحة للفريق.

 

· التعاون مع وظائف الأعمال لتلبية متطلبات الدعم التشغيلي عند إطلاق منتجات أو ميزات جديدة. 

 

· العمل بشكل وثيق مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمشاريع الأخرى المتعلقة بأعمال البطاقات لضمان معالجة جميع أشكال الدعم التشغيلي في مبادرات الأنظمة الجديدة واحتياجات العمل المستمرة. 

 

· إبقاء رئيس العمليات على علم بأي ضعف مادي في التشغيل / العملية وعدم الامتثال للضوابط في عمليات البطاقة. 

 

· يضمن الامتثال الكامل لقسم عمليات بطاقات الائتمان مع الجهات التنظيمية ومتطلبات المخططات المعمول بها.
