Description: Barista
We are looking for a Experienced Barista for our coffe shop located in Jidhafs and Shakhurah,
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Perform duties related to daily operations as per the standards set by the brand, related to product order requisition, setting up the products and equipment needed for service and performing opening and closing duties
• Ensure orderliness, tidiness and smooth operation, report to manager any discrepancies detected with respects to procedures, quality or standards
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and incidents in a positive manner and guarantee guest satisfaction through a high quality service
• Place orders for needed items by liaising directly or indirectly with the supplier depending on the products and as per the set guidelines
• Cleaning service and seating areas
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Team player
• Complete on weekly basis the inventory of the bar ustensils including wastage/breakage record and report it to the manager
Requirements,
Nationality required Filipino ,Indian and Africa
Must have Minimum 1 year of experience as an Barista.
Must be hard worker
Should be fluent in English.
Knowing Arabic is an advantage.
We will provide,
Salary range 140 bhd to 170 bhd.
Alloys with Accommodation and transportation are provide.
