ASSISTANT MANAGER (PEST CONTROL Sales & Services)

Minimum Desired Educational Qualification -GRADUATE
Minimum Required Skill, Experience, Training 3 -5 YEARS Experience in Pest Control Industry in Kingdom of Bahrain.
Task Description
1. PERSON SHOULD HAVE THROUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PEST CONTROL
2. SHOULD HAVE VALID BAHRAIN DRIVING LICENSE AND SHOULD HAVE THROUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LOCAL MARKET.
3. OVERALL COORDINATION OF SALES & SERVICES DEPT.
4. PLAN & FIX SALES TARGET & OBJECTIVES FOR THE SALES & SERVICES DEPT. MONITOR ON MONTHLY BASIS TO ACHIEVE THE SAME.
5. REVIEW ESTIMATES; SURVEY REPORTS & QUOTATIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING TO CUSTOMERS. REVIEW DAILY FIELD ACTIVITY REPORTS OF SALES / SERVICE ON DAILY BASIS AND SUBMIT TO MANAGER.
6. PREPARE MONTHLY REPORT OF SALES & SERVICES DEPT AND PRESENT TO MANAGER AND DURING DIRECTORS MEETING.
8. ENSURE VEHICLES ARE TRACKED AND REPORTS SUBMITTED TO GENERAL MANAGER AND ENSURE TRAININGS ARE PLANNED AND CONDUCTED AS PER SCHEDULES
9. ENSURE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK & EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK REPORTS ARE OBTAINED, ANALYZED AND ITS TIMELY REPORTING
10. KEEP A TRACK OF TENDEROR MAJOR PROJECTS ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COLLECTION OF TENDERS. REVIEW TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS AND FORWARD TO GENERAL MANAGER FOR SIGNATURES..
11. REPORT TO GENERAL MANAGER REGARDING SALES & SERVICE RELATED ISSUES ON DAILY BASIS.
12. PERSON HAVE MINIMUM OF 3 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PEST CONTROL IN BHARAIN.
13. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY OF ON WORKERS AND THE CLIENTS.
14. SALARY BETWEEN BD 250 to 400
