Wanted! 1 MALE Full Time Well-Experienced Accountant (Local - Bahrain Based
We are urgently looking for a 1 MALE Full time Well-Experienced Accountant (Local - Bahrain based only).
REQUIREMENT:
1. Who knows how to operate tally ERP9 well.
2. Preparation and validation of VAT supporting reports on monthly and quarterly basis for filing VAT returns
3. Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
4. Maintain controls by adhering to the accounting department’s policies and procedures and ensure Tax practices are in compliance with Bahrain financial reporting standards and financial reporting best practices
5. Compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include monthly VAT liabilities, VAT returns, regulatory reports and filings.
6. Checking & verifying vendor invoices in confirmation with supporting documents.
7. Checking with purchasing if there is any discrepancy on the invoices regarding price etc.
8. Posting of invoices from suppliers in system.
9. Preparation of monthly financial reports (Bank reconciliation, ageing analysis, cash outflow statement, prepayments summary, depreciation summary.
10. Posting of adjustment entries for bank charges and variance in exchange rates charged by bank for overseas transfers on monthly basis.
11. Bank reconciliation statements
12. Who knows HR works also like LMRA, SIO, Sijilat, Tamkeen, and other government online website.
13. Can work independently.
