AirAsia X is seeking a dynamic and competent Station Manager to be part of the best airline team in the sky! The overall purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient management of the AirAsia X station at the airport. The position is accountable for on-time departures, baggage handling, excess baggage collection, and travel document compliance. The Station Manager is also responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety, security, and service standards for ground operations at the station.
Responsibilities:

Ensure optimum payload, safe, efficient, and on-time departures.

Oversee passenger, baggage, and cargo handling in line with company procedures.

Monitor Ground Handler performance to meet AirAsia X service standards.

Ensure full compliance with company accounting procedures at the station.

Maintain strong working relationships with local government and regulatory bodies.

تسعى AirAsia X لتوظيف مدير محطة ديناميكي وكفء ليكون جزءًا من أفضل فريق جوي. الهدف الرئيسي من الوظيفة هو ضمان الإدارة الفعّالة لمحطة AirAsia X في المطار، والمسؤولية عن الإقلاع في الوقت المحدد، التعامل مع الأمتعة، جمع الأمتعة الزائدة، والامتثال لمستندات السفر. كما يكون مدير المحطة مسؤولًا عن الحفاظ على أعلى مستويات السلامة والأمن ومعايير الخدمة لعمليات الأرضية في المحطة.
المسؤوليات:

ضمان تحقيق أقصى وزن مسموح به للركاب والبضائع، والإقلاع الآمن والفعّال وفي الوقت المحدد.

الإشراف على التعامل مع الركاب، الأمتعة، والبضائع وفق إجراءات الشركة.

مراقبة أداء موظفي الأرض لضمان الالتزام بمعايير خدمة AirAsia X.

ضمان الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات المحاسبة الخاصة بالشركة في المحطة.

الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية المحلية.
