Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle sales and operations in one of the flower and chocolate branches

Work in the sales system to generate receipts and process shop sales

Coordinate timely delivery of company orders and manage related administrative tasks

Ensure the quality of work in the shop and for orders before they leave for customers

Supervise florists to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly and on time

Manage corporate orders, follow up on related work, and report to the GM
Florist/Chocolate Decorator
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements and chocolate displays for weddings, events, and everyday gifting

Select and prepare fresh flowers and high-quality chocolates, ensuring optimal presentation and longevity

Provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with selections, offer personalized recommendations, and take orders accurately

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of flowers and chocolates

Ensure hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
Desired Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent; focus on art, design, or culinary arts is advantageous

Certifications in floral design, chocolate making, or related fields preferred

Prior experience in floral or chocolate industry demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in floral design or chocolate decoration
