تصميم برامج تدريبية وتطويرية لتعزيز أداء الموظفين.
الإشراف على إدارة الأداء والتقييمات وبرامج الحوافز.
التعامل مع علاقات الموظفين، حل النزاعات، والإجراءات التأديبية.
ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل ومعايير الصحة والسلامة ومعايير الشركة.
قيادة مبادرات تعزيز مشاركة الموظفين والاحتفاظ بالمواهب.
إدارة العمليات:
تحسين سير العمليات اليومية لزيادة كفاءة المبيعات.
مراقبة عمليات المبيعات بما في ذلك إدارة الطلبات، التقارير، وخدمة العملاء.
التنسيق مع مديري المبيعات لتوقع احتياجات الموارد البشرية والتشغيلية.
تطوير ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للوظائف التشغيلية والموارد البشرية.
تنفيذ أنظمة وتقنيات لتحسين سير العمل.
إدارة الميزانيات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية والإدارة.
ضمان التنسيق السلس بين الموارد البشرية، المبيعات، المالية، وبقية الأقسام.
المساهمة الاستراتيجية:
التعاون مع القيادة العليا لمواءمة استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية والعمليات مع أهداف المبيعات.
تقديم تحليلات مستندة للبيانات حول إنتاجية الموظفين، معدل الدوران، وتكاليف العمليات.
دعم التغيير التنظيمي ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
المشاركة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتوسع وبناء قاعدة مواهب وهيكل المنظمة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة مثبتة 5–7 سنوات في إدارة الموارد البشرية والعمليات، ويفضل في منظمات قائمة على المبيعات.
معرفة قوية بسياسات الموارد البشرية، قوانين العمل، وأفضل الممارسات.
مهارات تنظيمية وتحسين العمليات ممتازة.
قدرات تحليلية، حل المشكلات، واتخاذ القرار قوية.
إجادة نظم إدارة الموارد البشرية/ERP وحزمة Microsoft Office.
مهارات قيادة واتصال وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
