Details

This role provides administrative support to the clinical-based aspects of the BSc (Hons) Nursing Programme. The position reports to the Academic Operations Nursing Team Lead for line management purposes.

Role Requirements

Strong team player with willingness to work under guidance and contribute to shared goals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of the BSc (Hons) Nursing Undergraduate programme and the clinical experience required for each year. In-depth understanding of RCSI Bahrain and School of Nursing & Midwifery policies, procedures, and regulations related to students’ clinical practice. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse healthcare entities, students, school, and related departments. Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments based on course, faculty, and student needs.

يقدم هذا المنصب الدعم الإداري للجوانب السريرية لبرنامج بكالوريوس التمريض (مع مرتبة الشرف). ويتبع هذا المنصب لقائد فريق تمريض العمليات الأكاديمية لإدارة العمليات.

متطلبات الدور

يتمتع بروح الفريق، ويرغب في العمل تحت إشراف طبي والمساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة. يتمتع بمهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة. لديه فهم لبرنامج بكالوريوس التمريض (مع مرتبة الشرف) والخبرة السريرية المطلوبة لكل سنة. لديه فهم متعمق لسياسات وإجراءات ولوائح الكلية الملكية للجراحين في أيرلندا (RCSI) البحرين وكلية التمريض والقبالة المتعلقة بالممارسة السريرية للطلاب. لديه القدرة على بناء علاقات عمل إيجابية والحفاظ عليها مع مختلف مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية والطلاب والجامعة والأقسام ذات الصلة. لديه القدرة على الأداء الجيد تحت الضغط والتكيف بسرعة مع البيئات المتغيرة بناءً على احتياجات المقررات الدراسية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب.
