Process Safety Engineer - MEIC

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess SECE equipment from HAZOP & SIL/SIF studies

• Maintain and update SECE registers and criticality scoring

• Develop Performance Standards for SECE

• Provide input to Safety Case, audits, and assurance activities

• Support integration of SECE into asset integrity and maintenance systems

Profile

• B.E. in Chemical/Process/Safety Engineering/Instrumentation (mandatory)

• 5–8 years in process safety engineering within oil & gas, refining, or petrochemicals

• Hands-on experience with HAZOP, SIL/SIF, and criticality assessments

• Exposure to Safety Case / COMAH / PSM regulatory requirements

• Track record of supporting multi-disciplinary engineering projects

Skills

• Strong knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, SIL/SIF studies

• Familiarity with IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISO 14224, CCPS guidelines

• Ability to identify, assess, and calculate SECE equipment

• Experience in developing SECE registers & performance standards

• Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills

Spare Parts Engineer - Electrical

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a standardized material master database in ERP systems (SAP, Maximo)

• Assign correct material descriptions, classifications, and coding structures following international standards

• Eliminate duplicate entries and ensure accuracy in spare parts records

• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and maintenance teams to obtain correct part specifications, interchangeability details, and manufacturer information

• Analyze maintenance requirements and historical consumption data to optimize spare parts inventory levels

• Develop min-max stocking strategies based on criticality analysis, lead time assessments, and usage patterns

• Identify obsolete and slow-moving inventory to improve stock efficiency and reduce costs

• Work closely with reliability engineers to ensure availability of critical spare parts for rotating, static, and electrical equipment

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams to streamline spare parts supply chain operations

Industrial Electrical Technician (Refinery)

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in using electrical test equipment (multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.)

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, API, etc.)

• Experience with hazardous area classification and explosion-proof equipment

• Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, and control systems used in refinery operations

• Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and under high-temperature conditions

Profile

• Exposure to high-temperature, high-pressure, and potentially hazardous environments

• Rotational shifts, on-call duties, and emergency response may be required

• Mandatory use of PPE and adherence to refinery safety standards

Maintenance Engineer - Instrumentation

Role & Responsibilities

• Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within the oil and gas (onshore/offshore), refinery, or petrochemical industry

• Experience in planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, turnarounds, and shutdowns

• Extensive experience working with field instruments in hazardous environments (e.g., ATEX/IECEx compliance)

• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting:

  • Flow meters, pressure transmitters, and temperature sensors

  • Level sensors, control valves, and actuators

المسؤوليات:
