Female Accountant (Experience in ZOHO)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records in compliance with regulations

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll

• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning

• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations

• Support audits by providing required documentation

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems, or equivalent)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن محاسبة دقيقة ومنظمة لإدارة السجلات المالية للشركة وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تقارير دقيقة لدعم القرارات الإدارية. يجب أن تتمتع المرشحة بمهارات تحليلية قوية، وقدرات تنظيمية عالية، وفهم متين للمبادئ المحاسبية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إعداد وفحص وحفظ السجلات المالية بما يتوافق مع اللوائح.

• تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية واستكمال عمليات القيد.

• إعداد التقارير والبيانات المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.

• إدارة الذمم الدائنة والمدينة، والمطابقات البنكية، والرواتب.

• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات والخطط المالية.

• ضمان تقديم الإقرارات الضريبية في الوقت المحدد والالتزام باللوائح المحلية.

• دعم عمليات التدقيق من خلال توفير الوثائق المطلوبة.

• اقتراح تحسينات لرفع كفاءة ودقة العمل.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية (يفضل ACCA/CPA).

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال المحاسبة.

• معرفة قوية بالأنظمة والمعايير المحاسبية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (مثل Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).

• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.

• دقة عالية وانتباه للتفاصيل.

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية.
