Position: Supply Chain Coordinator – Entry Level

Role Overview: Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, logistics, and inventory management for food ingredients and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement process for timely and cost-effective acquisitions

• Negotiate and maintain strong vendor relationships

• Execute procurement strategies to meet quality standards and optimize costs

• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Manage customs clearance and compliance

• Coordinate sea and air freight, optimizing routes and transit times

• Track shipments and address delays/issues with logistics partners

• Use MRP tools to maintain optimal inventory levels

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, procurement, and logistics activities

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect production cycle for compliance with Food Safety & Quality standards

• Approve incoming materials and in-process production

• Maintain records of testing, inspections, and hygiene metrics

• Ensure safe and well-maintained equipment

• Conduct staff training on food safety & quality

• Support implementation of food safety & quality management systems

Requirements & Profile:

• 1–3 years experience in training coordination, preferably in food/bulk cooking industry

• Strong verbal and written English communication

• Attention to detail in training materials

• Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PowerPoint, Forms; experience with training apps is a plus

Position: Senior Revenue Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily revenue transactions

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and account balances

• Maintain accounts receivable records and reconcile discrepancies

• Assist with month-end closing for revenue recognition

• Liaise with payment gateways, delivery aggregators, and regulators

• Follow up on outstanding B2B receivables

• Manage and mentor revenue accounting team

• Improve revenue accounting processes and implement best practices

Qualifications:

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على عمليات الشراء وضمان الحصول على المكونات ومواد التعبئة والتغليف بشكل مناسب من حيث الوقت والتكلفة

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• فحص إجراءات دورة الإنتاج كاملة (من الشراء إلى تسليم العميل) لضمان الكفاءة والامتثال لمعايير سلامة الغذاء والجودة

• الموافقة على المواد الواردة بعد التحقق من المواصفات وإجراء الاختبارات وإعادة المواد غير المقبولة

• الموافقة على الإنتاج أثناء العملية من خلال الاختبارات اللازمة وإبلاغ المدراء المعنيين بالتعديلات المطلوبة

• الحفاظ على سجلات الاختبارات والمعلومات وبيانات مؤشرات الجودة مثل عدد المنتجات المعيبة يومياً، نتائج تفتيش المطبخ، التفتيش الصحي والنظافة

• مراقبة استخدام المعدات لضمان السلامة والصيانة، وإبلاغ الإدارة عن أي معدات غير مطابقة

• أخذ عينات وفحصها باستخدام الطرق المناسبة والتحقق من المواصفات

• إجراء جلسات توعية للموظفين حول سلامة الغذاء والجودة
