Legal Officer
We are looking for a Legal Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, legal compliance, and contract management.
Tasks:
- Lead audits and compliance programs, ensuring legal services align with corporate goals
- Maintain interactions with governmental bodies and legislators
- Analyze, negotiate, and draft contracts and legal documents; provide clear recommendations
- Offer guidance on legal issues including government and corporate contracts
- Participate in negotiations and drafting meeting minutes
- Advise on tasks for external counsel and mitigate legal risks

- Advise on employment agreements and related legal matters

Pre-Sales Engineer - Passive Network Cabling Solutions
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with strong experience in structured cabling and passive network infrastructure to support our growing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and propose structured cabling solutions (Copper & Fiber)
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical drawings and layouts
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, and technical proposals
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, ISO, etc.)
- Support sales team in technical discussions and project closures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of structured cabling design standards
- 2–3 years experience in data center cabling solutions
- Ability to prepare BOQs, SLDs, and technical submittals
- Good communication and presentation skills
