About the Role
Glasstech Industries BSC – Hidd is hiring a Quality Control/Assurance Inspector to plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs that guarantee products meet established standards and customer expectations.

Details

• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to evaluate current standards and propose quality improvements
• Establish and maintain quality control objectives, aligning them with production procedures to enhance product reliability and minimize costs
• Supervise inspection and testing activities through intermediate personnel to ensure consistent control over materials, facilities, and products
• Plan, promote, and organize training programs related to product quality and reliability
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality when required
• Approve incoming materials by verifying specifications, conducting tests, and managing rejections/returns where necessary

تقوم شركة Glasstech Industries BSC – Hidd بتعيين مفتش مراقبة الجودة/الضمان للتخطيط وتنسيق وتوجيه برامج مراقبة الجودة التي تضمن أن المنتجات تلبي المعايير المعمول بها وتوقعات العملاء.

تفاصيل

• تطوير وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية ومواصفات المنتج لتقييم المعايير الحالية واقتراح تحسينات الجودة
• وضع أهداف مراقبة الجودة والحفاظ عليها، ومواءمتها مع إجراءات الإنتاج لتعزيز موثوقية المنتج وتقليل التكاليف
• الإشراف على أنشطة التفتيش والاختبار من خلال الموظفين الوسيطين لضمان التحكم المستمر في المواد والمرافق والمنتجات
• تخطيط وتعزيز وتنظيم برامج التدريب المتعلقة بجودة المنتج وموثوقيته
• التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بجودة المنتج وحلها عند الحاجة
• الموافقة على المواد الواردة من خلال التحقق من المواصفات وإجراء الاختبارات وإدارة الرفض/الإرجاع عند الضرورة
