Electrical Engineer – MEP (Bahrain)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, coordinating, and overseeing electrical components of complex building projects.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and draft electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and low-voltage systems

• Perform calculations for load, voltage drop, short circuit, and lighting levels

• Prepare detailed specifications, technical reports, and construction documents

• Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure coordinated and efficient system designs

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards

• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the construction process

• Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, industry standards, and best practices

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 8+ years of experience in electrical design within the MEP industry

• Strong knowledge of building codes and electrical standards

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or BIM software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Experience with specialized systems such as renewable energy, building automation, or data centres

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and relevant certifications

• Experience in preparing bids and cost estimates

مطلوب مهندس كهربائي – البحرين

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مهندس كهربائي ماهر ومتحمس مع تركيز قوي على أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. تعتبر هذه الوظيفة حيوية للمحترفين الذين يتفوقون في تصميم وتنسيق والإشراف على المكونات الكهربائية للمشاريع المعقدة.

المسؤوليات:

• تصميم ورسم أنظمة كهربائية بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة، الإضاءة، أنظمة الإنذار من الحريق، وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض

• إجراء حسابات الحمل، انخفاض الجهد، الدائرة القصيرة، ومستويات الإضاءة

• إعداد مواصفات تفصيلية، تقارير فنية، ومستندات البناء

• التعاون مع فرق الميكانيكا والسباكة لضمان تصميم أنظمة متكاملة وفعالة

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية ومسح وفحوصات لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير الأمنية

• تقديم الدعم الفني والخبرة خلال عملية البناء

• متابعة أحدث قوانين الكهرباء، المعايير الصناعية، وأفضل الممارسات

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية

• خبرة 8 سنوات أو أكثر في التصميم الكهربائي ضمن صناعة MEP

• معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء والمعايير الكهربائية

• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD، Revit MEP، و/أو برامج BIM

• مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة مع فرق متعددة التخصصات

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• رخصة مهندس محترف (PE)

• خبرة في أنظمة متخصصة مثل الطاقة المتجددة، أتمتة المباني، أو مراكز البيانات

• معرفة بمبادئ التصميم المستدام والشهادات ذات الصلة

• خبرة في إعداد العطاءات وتقديرات التكلفة
