Requirements
Minimum High School education.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challengingsituations.

The HR Coordinator role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support across all areas of Human Resources. The role supports senior HR leadership in delivering HR initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operations, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordination, and execution across the full employee lifecycle.
Requirements
A flexible, hands-on HR generalist mindset with the ability to support multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR administration, employee records management, payroll coordination, employee relations support, compliance, and HR projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records (physical and electronic) in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Network Planning Analyst
Details
The Network Planning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Gulf Air’s network planning activities, optimizing hub structures, maximizing fleet utilization, and strengthening route presence with a focus on key Origin & Destination markets.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation and continuous refinement of Gulf Air’s Network Plan.
Conduct comprehensive studies and data analysis of existing routes, market trends, and load factors to propose measures that mitigate losses and enhance profitability.
Support charter operations, identify new market opportunities, and prepare detailed Commercial Business Cases supported by solid analysis and economic justification.
