National Youth Empowerment Coordinator – UNFPA (Bahrain)
Jalsat Shabab – dialogue sessions between youth and decision-makers

The program bridges youth voices with policy-making, builds research capacity, and generates evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate youth engagement activities, including Jalsat Shabab dialogues, Research Fellowship Programme, and contributions to the National Youth Summit.
Prepare progress reports, analyze policy papers, and develop briefs for policy dialogue.
Map youth civic engagement in Bahrain, identify barriers, and propose strategies for inclusion in decision-making.
Oversee research fellowship processes, monitor progress, and integrate findings into dialogues and summit outputs.
Organize and manage Jalsat Shabab sessions, ensuring inclusive participation and accurate documentation.
Produce a strategic study with evidence-based recommendations and present findings to UNFPA management.
Profile Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in youth engagement, event coordination, research management, and policy analysis.
Strong skills in report writing, partnership management, and large-scale event organization.
Familiarity with UN systems and international development issues.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.

منسق تمكين الشباب الوطني – UNFPA
المهام والمسؤوليات:
تنسيق الأنشطة المتعلقة بالشباب، بما في ذلك جلسات شباب، برنامج الزمالة البحثية، والمساهمة في القمة الوطنية للشباب.
إعداد تقارير التقدم، تحليل أوراق السياسات، وتطوير ملخصات للحوار السياسي.
رسم خريطة لمشاركة الشباب في البحرين، تحديد العوائق، واقتراح استراتيجيات لضمان شمولهم في صنع القرار.
الإشراف على عمليات الزمالة البحثية، متابعة التقدم، ودمج النتائج في جلسات الحوار ومستندات القمة.

إعداد دراسة استراتيجية تحتوي على توصيات قائمة على الأدلة وتقديم النتائج لإدارة UNFPA.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
درجة الماجستير في العلوم الاجتماعية، العلاقات الدولية، الاتصالات، الصحة العامة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تمكين الشباب، تنسيق الفعاليات، إدارة الأبحاث، وتحليل السياسات.
مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير، إدارة الشراكات، وتنظيم الفعاليات الكبرى.
معرفة بأنظمة الأمم المتحدة وقضايا التنمية الدولية.
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
