Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Provide styling advice and guide customers in selecting suitable outfits
Ensure excellent customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience
Handle sales transactions (cash/card), issue receipts, and manage returns/exchanges
Organize and maintain store displays, mannequins, and product arrangement
Keep track of stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop at all times
Meet sales targets and contribute to the boutique’s overall success
Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience (fashion industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
