Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards

Greet and assist customers, providing a positive and personalized experience

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and seating areas
-
Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately
-
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
-
Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and café products
-
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/food service environment preferred

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations is an advantage

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
