 تسجيل وتتبع الإرساليات والرسومات التنفيذية وطلبات المعلومات والموافقات باستخدام برنامج التحكم في المستندات أو السجلات اليدوية.

 التنسيق مع المهندسين وموظفي المشروع لضمان تقديم واسترجاع المستندات في الوقت المناسب.
