مدير تدريب الأطعمة والمشروبات (ذكور وإناث)
هل أنت شغوف بتطوير الأفراد وتحقيق التميز في صناعة الطعام والمشروبات؟ نحن نبحث عن مدير تدريب مخلص وذو خبرة لقيادة المبادرات التدريبية وضمان تقديم فريقنا لأفضل مستوى من الخدمة.
المتطلبات الرئيسية:
للمتقدمات فقط
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في صناعة الطعام والمشروبات
خبرة مثبتة في عمليات الأطعمة والمشروبات والتدريب على الخدمة
مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة
القدرة على إجراء جلسات تدريبية مدتها 8 ساعات بفاعلية
الشغف بتوجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق الجدد
الصبر والقدرة على تعليم الموظفين الجدد والحاليين
المسؤوليات:
تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لجميع موظفي الأطعمة والمشروبات
إجراء جلسات التدريب عند الانضمام والتطوير المستمر
ضمان الحفاظ على المعايير التشغيلية وجودة الخدمة
مراقبة أداء الفريق وتقديم التغذية الراجعة والتوجيه الدوري
التعاون مع الإدارة لتحديد احتياجات التدريب
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
المهارات اللغوية المطلوبة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والهندية (يفضل)
الراتب: 200.000 - 250.000 دينار بحريني شهرياً
