Construction Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on site
-
Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and suppliers
-
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
-
Monitor project progress and report daily site activities
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline
-
Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Head Office
-
Verify materials, workmanship quality, and site productivity
-
Support inspections, handovers, and snag-list closure
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor
-
Previous experience in villas, residential, or commercial projects is preferred
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination
-
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
-
Experience managing site labor and subcontractors
-
Good communication and reporting skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Valid Bahrain experience is preferred
